COVID-19

Effective Tuesday, April 19, 2022 masks are optional on all MWRTA vehicles.

 

MWRTA services many vaccination locations.  Please call MWRTA Customer Service at (508) 935-2222 for information on how you can use public transportation to get to your vaccination or booster appointments. 

 

Re-Opening Plans

MWRTA is continuously working to find different options for operating service later into the evening.  We are assessing the needs of the community and are looking to accommodate workers getting off a later shift and going home, working an evening or overnight shift, or others needing to travel past regular Fixed Route service hours.  These service options will be aimed to accomodate both Fixed Route general public passengers, and ADA Dial-A-Ride passengers as well.

MWRTA Consumer Feedback Office Hours

Due to COVID-19 and social distancing recommendations, the MWRTA will not be holding Consumer Feedback Office Hours until further notice.  Passengers may call (508) 935-2222, email info@mwrta.com or visit www.mwrta.com/information/contact to ask a question, submit a complaint, or provide feedback and/or suggestions.
