MWRTA is redesigning its entire Fixed Route bus network!
We are working to build a more efficient, flexible, and rider focused system, built around the needs of our communities. We have looked over your comments and feedback from Phase 1 and Phase 2 and made edits to the bus route system.
Draft 3 public comment period is now OPEN effective April 13, 2026. This is the final public comment period, and will be open through the end of May. Please be sure to review the proposed changes and leave your feedback!

Outreach done during Public Comment Period #2 (March 1 - March 31) was performed by reaching out to local stakeholders and setting up personalized meetings to discuss the proposed changes. Comments from the public were taken via social media posts, comments on the interactive map, or via voicemail.
MWRTA collaborated with the Framingham Public Schools, and presented on a public webinar hosted by the school system. The presentation included information on current MWRTA services, as well as on the redesign proposed changes and how to provide feedback.
