Public: An individual inquired about making a transfer to get into Weston on demand response.

MWRTA Response: Transfers are part of MWRTA out of service area trips provided. Public transit transfers can be required for both fixed route and demand response services. MWRTA will take a closer look into the individuals’ ride and follow-up with the individual at the next Consumer Office Feedback Office hour.

Public: An individual inquired about who the ADA Officer is at the MWRTA.

MWRTA Response: The MWRTA ADA Officer is Eva Willens, MWRTA Deputy Administrator.

Please note: There will be no consumer feedback office hour session held in November. The next office hour will be held on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 from 6-7pm at 15 Blandin Ave. in Framingham.
