Facilities Manager

Looking for a motivated individual to be part of the team

Duties include, but not limited to Oversight of :
• Cleaning staff
• Construction projects
• Building/equipment maintenance, not performed in house
• Maintain of HVAC equipment- change filters and lube motors- keep log
• Replacement of light bulbs, repair or replace electrical devices and maintain electrical equipment
• Facilitate coordination of any building/equipment issues not handled in house
• Perform necessary repairs if possible, to any equipment and or contents of building
• Contact person for utilities of building- electric, water, sewer and gas
• Facilitate any IT issues that may arise
• Document all work that is performed through facilities department
• Organize all phone numbers and contact information of vendors performing any work on facility property
• Available after scheduled hours, in the event of facility issues arising, that cannot be delayed until next day
• Meet daily with administrators, to discuss concerns/issues
• Make changes to energy management system as needed
• Assist in plowing, clearing snow, sanding and parking lot sweeping
• Track and log annual budget of building maintenance
• Asset management
•Inventory control
• Facilitate invoices to administration for payment of contractors performing work
• Receive approval through work request orders from administrators, for work performed by outside contractors
• Attend Board / Committee meetings as needed, (beyond regular business hours)
• Special projects as assigned

Working Conditions:

• 40 hour / Monday – Friday, or as needed Employment Preferences:
• Bachelor’s degree education or 10 year commensurate professional trade
• Knowledge and experience of facility maintenance
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical
• Knowledge of fire alarm systems
• Knowledge of computer systems
• Knowledge of energy management
• Snow removal experience
• Custodial experience
• Hands on mechanical experience
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Network certified
• Construction experience
• Knowledge of State required licenses
• Computer skills (word, excel)
• Planning, organizational and analytical skills
• Punctual and reliable
• Professional and courteous
• Ability to work independently

Holliston Senior Center- Van Driver

The Holliston Senior Center is seeking a per diem van driver to fill-in for vacation/sick time of regular drivers and for occasional special events. A CDL license is desirable, as is a knowledge of Holliston and surrounding towns. Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing is required. Drivers must be certified in CPR and first aid and must be willing to participate in required annual driver trainings. Must be van lift trained and certified. Experience with senior and/or disabled population is preferred. Being flexible, kind and compassionate is essential. Must pass CORI check and have a good driving record. The starting salary is Grade 100, Step 1, $15.45 per hour. Transit Evaluation Associate

Looking for a motivated individual to be part of the MWRTA team. This is a great opportunity to work in an environment that promotes and rewards teamwork and a good work ethic. Part time / Saturday - Friday / some evenings (days are somewhat flexible). Hourly rate - $12.00 Job duties – Individual will evaluate trips based on their experience with the driver, other passengers, on time performance of schedule, schedule adherence… Individual will be expected, with the assistance of the program coordinator, to familiarize themselves with evaluation survey and assigned routes, prior to beginning their shift. MWRTA Call Center

2015 Reservationist Needed The Authority is now accepting applications for a part time (19 hours per week) reservationist in our call center. Excellent customer service skills as well as computer knowledge a must. Flexible hours. Good work environment. Starting pay $12.00 per hour. Bus Operations- CDL (Commercial Drivers License) Required- April 2015

2015 Drivers Wanted First Transit, the company providing the fixed route bus service for MWRTA, currently seeks applicants with among other pre-requisites, a professional demeanor witha a strong emphasis on customer service, a clean driving record, and CDL license with passenger endorsement.
